b. From the circuit,
L \frac{d^{2} q}{d t^{2}}+\frac{q}{C}=0
\Rightarrow \frac{d^{2} q}{d t^{2}}+\frac{q}{L C}=0
Angular Frequency
\omega_{0}=\frac{1}{\sqrt{L C}}
ie., the frequency of oscillation de-pends on L and C.
